Calls for protest as release date of Elijah Doughty’s killer draws near

Elijah Doughty’s Grandfather has called for protests as the expected release date of Elijah Doughty’s killer is now only one week away.

After less than 8 months after being sentenced for dangerous driving, Elijah Doughty’s killer who’s name is still suppressed by court order is expected to be released on parole on February 24 with time already served prior to sentencing.

Elijah’s Grandfather, Albert Doughty, is calling for a Justice for Elijah rally to be held in Kalgoorlie on Saturday 24 February. The rally will start at 10am at Kalgoorlie Railway Station and head to St Barbara’s Square. For more info check out the video below.
